The Sutton is equipped with many features that make cycling safer and more comfortable for cyclists and commuters in the city. The EPS shell, covered with a thin hard shell, protects the helmet from small dents during tough everyday use. Helmet also includes a clip for attaching an LED light, as well as reinforced ventilation openings in the lower area to securely lock the helmet together with a bicycle. Thanks to the new Cord Loc Fit adjustment system, the button is quick and easy to customize and fits super comfortably. Slim design, comfort, durability and safety - the Sutton is the smartest way to wear a bicycle helmet in town.
IN-MOLD CONSTRUCTION
With the In-Mold construction, the robust polycarbonate outer shell is bonded to the impact-absorbing EPS inner shell in one operation during foaming. This makes the helmet even more resistant without adding additional weight. This production process also makes significantly better ventilation systems and openings possible. In-Mold helmets are therefore lighter than traditional helmets and have significantly better ventilation systems.
SUPER FIT ENGINEERING
The Super Fit sizing system is the basis of Giro's product design and development process. The manufacturer's many years of experience make it possible to fall back on an enormous amount of measurement data of different head and face shapes and sizes during development. After various intensive tests at Giro's labs, the product undergoes further tough practical tests and is put through its paces by several team riders. This is then repeated until optimum fit and comfort is achieved. Of course, no compromises are made when it comes to quality and functionality. This is what is meant by the term Super Fit System. This year Giro complements the Super Fit System with size XL to cover an even wider size range. This gives Giro a good fit on over 98% of adults
