Offered here is the complete SHIMANO Ultegra R8000 groupset with a mid-compact crankset (36/52) and an 11/32 cassette. It adopts many of the innovations of the latest Dura-Ace and has comparable aesthetics, with a 4-spoke Hollowtech II crankset and an oversized crank arm that contributes to its stiffness.

Combined with an 11/32 cassette, the mid-cage rear derailleur echoes the Shadow design of the high-end models and integrates under the cassette to be better protected from potential impacts. The front derailleur benefits from a more compact structure and allows ultra-fast chainring changes.

The aesthetics and ergonomics of the Dual Control levers are also inspired by Dura-Ace models and the internal technology has been redesigned to further improve the quality of gear changes.

The calipers are suitable for wide tyres (up to 28 mm cross-section) and their efficiency is improved by the Dual Pivot design, while the small release lever is even better integrated into the aero design of the calipers.
